Nicaragua Finca los Pinos Honey


Los Pinos Honey Processed is a mild Nicaraguan coffee when roasted at a medium level. This is a coffee for those who look for milder acidity, a sweetness most developed in middle roast, and who appreciated layers of sweetness.  Expect a melding of unrefined sugars and dark chocolate roast flavors with small hints of black cherry and vanilla that have the strongest impact on the finish. We’ve had great success using Los Pinos as a bittersweet blend component as well. On its own as espresso, this coffee produces intense bittersweet, fading to a finish marked by an herbal anise in aroma.
