The Cafescor Cooperative is led by Joel López, a fourth-generation coffee entrepreneur. The wet mill is located in Las Casitas and the dry mill is in Jimilile, both within the Corquín, Copan region. There are 131 producer partners working across 400 hectares thrying to honor the coffee tradition that have been cherished for generations. Cafescor’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and quality procedures, propels them towards global recognition.

SHG (Strictly High Grown), accounts for beans that are cultivated at altitudes of 1,300 M and above. This results in a slower maturation process that enhances flavor complexity.

EP (European Preparation), represents beans that are meticulously sorted and cleaned to ensure coffee is free from defects and impurities.
