Covenant desires to be a incubator for hopes, dreams and goals that lead to positive futures for former foster youth. This goal can be acheived as we invest into the lives of childrena nd youth by investing into the HQ of Hope.

The goal of the Headquarters (HQ) of Hope Building Project is to completely pay off the new building at 1700 N Chester Ave! We need $100,000.00 for the down payment and the remaining $186,000.00 to complete the purchase. This sounds like a lot of money and it really is but “it is not a lot of money to a lot of people”!

hqofhope.com is the initial campaign of the HQ of Hope Building Project that will be used as a tool for fundraising and awareness. On November 3, 2010, Covenant entered escrow on the HQ of Hope located at 1700 N. Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93308! Join us as we serve Kern County foster children and former foster youth. Join us as we serve the community and extend hope and love!
