Covenant Community Concert Round Two

The Covenant Community Concert is back strong in 2023 with our original headliner, Deb Ryder. Please share if you like live music, BBQ, and supporting foster youth! Thanks to Salty’s BBQ and Jon English for making this great event happen again!

My crazy friend Jon English met with me one day and had an idea that we developed into a plan. The plan has been to hold a concert every third Saturday in May. We chose May as it is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. So, now the plan is in action. We are in year two after COVID, mishaps, and timing issues; we are back! Back with amazing BBQ from Jeff Salters of Salty’s BBQ. Back with incredible fans! Back with live music!

Covenant Community Services Inc., in affiliation with Salty’s BBQ and Vintage LaNell Records, presents the Covenant Community Concert and Dinner to benefit the Current and Former Foster Youth of Kern County.

The benefit concert and dinner will feature International Touring Contemporary Blues & Soul Artist Deb Ryder and Bakersfield-born National Touring Roots, Rock & Blues Artist Orphan Jon.
