The Tanzania Tweega Peaberry coffee is from the southwest region of Mbeya, Tanzania. I have been to the region and met many farmers. It is a delightful area similar to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains just outside of Bakersfield, CA. There are over 50 coffee farmers in the Tweega group. These farmers are committed to quality coffee growing and sustainable farming and organic practices.
Pour over methods allow the brewer to control the grind, water temperature, agitation, time water and coffee interact, and saturation. The result is increased control over taste and strength of the coffee.
